I didn't just study health. I had to fight for my own.
My journey into nutrition began with a fascination for the human body and the powerful connection between food and health.
But over time, that passion became deeply personal.
Living with IBS taught me what it feels like to have your days disrupted by unpredictable symptoms, to question what you can safely eat, and to feel frustrated when nothing seems to work.
My own weight-loss journey taught me something equally important: knowing what to do and actually being able to do it are two very different things.
Losing 25 kg wasn't just about changing my body. It was about changing my habits, my mindset, and my relationship with food.
These experiences transformed the way I practise nutrition.
Today, I combine over 17 years of clinical experience, scientific expertise, and personal understanding to help people manage IBS, improve their metabolic health, and achieve sustainable fat loss.
Because I believe lasting change doesn't come from another restrictive diet. It comes from understanding your body, addressing the root contributors to your challenges, and having the right support along the way.
